We never sell your data to third parties.

We take student privacy seriously. All student data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Student personally identifiable information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent from school administration. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including children's online privacy laws.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure password hashing and authentication, regular security audits and updates, restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular backups to prevent data loss.

We retain student data for the duration of the school's active subscription plus one academic year for record-keeping purposes. Schools can request deletion of all data at any time by contacting us at kctechverse@gmail.com. Individual student data can be deleted upon request from school administrators.
