1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Learn Lab platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all schools, teachers, students, and administrators using the platform.

2. Service Description

Learn Lab is a digital MCQ testing platform designed for students from Class 6 to 12. We provide tools for creating quizzes, conducting online tests, generating instant results, providing performance analytics, and managing student assessments. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Schools must ensure accuracy of student information provided. Users must not share accounts with unauthorized individuals. Any suspected security breach must be reported immediately. Schools are responsible for all activities under their account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on an annual per-student basis. Payment must be made in advance for the academic year. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (contact us for details). Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to upload malicious content or viruses, attempt to breach security measures, share inappropriate or offensive content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, impersonate other users or entities, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Learn Lab are owned by Kc Techverse and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Schools retain ownership of their uploaded content (questions, student data). We grant schools a license to use the platform during their active subscription. Schools grant us the right to host and process their content to provide services.

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student privacy and data security. Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from students/parents. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control. Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

Learn Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the school in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

Schools may cancel their subscription at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked. Data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Schools will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
